All items are custom made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. No changes/orders can be made after the store closing date. Please order carefully.

While every effort will be made to deliver all items by the delivery date, manufacturers frequently back-order items which will delay delivery or possibly necessitate the canceling of an item. We will switch brands to fulfil orders with comparable brands.  

Delivery date is an estimate and not a guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel individual items if the ordered quantity does not reach manufacturing minimum order requirement. When the store closes, items are bulk ordered and will be delivered for distribution in about three weeks.
